Welcome all to my official website. For those who do not know me, I am Carl R. Baus III. You can just call me Carl. For starters, I will tell you a little about myself. I am 21 years young and a senior at Rider University and I am one of the nicest people you will ever meet. My personality cannot really be described in a few words. I am very creative highly driven and for those who know me on a personal level know that I love to laugh and have fun but also know that I work hard and do not mess around when it comes time to be serious. I believe in the old-school way of making a name for yourself and working, earning, and climbing your way to the top and that anyone has the ability to achieve any position if they harness their energy enough toward their goals and pursue what they want in life. Everyone deserves respect. If you show respect, you should expect the same in return. Doing the right thing is the best way to go. I have been blessed in life. I have a wonderful family, great friends, the love of my life, Natalie, a proper education, and a job. I make an attempt to live everyday with an open mind and enjoy myself. Optimism is the key.
